Navitas Semiconductor recorded third-quarter revenue of $13.991 million, up 38% from a year earlier, as its high-power markets expanded. Its GAAP net loss widened to $37.108 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026.

Revenue was $10.112 million in Q3 2025 and $10.529 million in Q2 2026. The latest quarter’s revenue was up 33% sequentially. Navitas’ GAAP net loss was $19.234 million in Q3 2025.

Basic and diluted GAAP loss per share were both $0.14 in Q3 2026, compared with $0.09 in Q3 2025. The company’s GAAP gross margin was 21.5%, while its non-GAAP gross margin was 40.0%. The two figures use different measures. The higher GAAP margin reflected higher revenue and lower amortization of intangible assets.

Navitas is focusing on power semiconductors for AI data centers, energy and grid infrastructure, performance computing and industrial electrification. It is de-emphasizing mobile and low-end consumer products. Chief Financial Officer Tonya Stevens said, “Revenue contribution from high-power markets grew more than 50% sequentially.”

For Q4 2026, Navitas forecast revenue of $16 million, plus or minus $500,000. At the midpoint, that would be 14% growth from Q3 2026 and 119% growth from Q4 2025. The company also forecast non-GAAP gross margin of 40.5%, plus or minus 1 percentage point.
