Claros Mortgage Trust, Inc. posted a GAAP loss of $0.08 per share for the three months ended Sept. 30, 2026. The result was $0.17 better than the estimate.

The quarter also reflected a $0.1 million write-off tied to an exit fee on a multifamily loan that was paid off at a discount in July.
