Douglas Emmett, Inc. reported third-quarter revenue of $261 million and funds from operations (FFO) of $0.34, with its 2026 outlook calling for FFO of $1.39 to $1.43 per fully diluted share.

Revenue increased 4% year over year.

The company forecast a 2026 diluted net loss per common share of $0.16 to $0.20. Its FFO forecast is $1.39 to $1.43 per fully diluted share.
