Corcept Ties $3B-$5B Cushing’s Revenue Outlook to Relacorilant
The current Cushing’s syndrome business could generate at least $2 billion in annual revenue by decade’s end. The FDA is expected to decide on relacorilant by Dec. 17, 2026.

Corcept Therapeutics said its current Cushing’s syndrome business could generate at least $2 billion a year by decade’s end, while relacorilant availability would support a 2030 revenue estimate of $3 billion to $5 billion.
The higher range depends on relacorilant becoming available. The FDA is expected to decide on the drug by Dec. 17, 2026, its PDUFA date.
CFO and Treasurer Atabak Mokari said Corcept generated $340.5 million in third-quarter 2026 revenue and reaffirmed its 2026 revenue guidance of $1.1 billion to $1.2 billion.
