Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. raised its 2026 net product sales guidance to $715 million to $720 million and said it is targeting positive cash flow in 2027 after third-quarter net product sales reached $186 million.

The company said commercial performance and pipeline progress underpin its cash-flow target. Its commercial business had a cash contribution margin in the high 50s as a percentage of sales in the third quarter. Cash used in operations was about $4 million, and Mirum held approximately $500 million in cash, equivalents and investments.

LIVMARLI was the main driver of commercial growth, and adult PFIC was the largest factor in the guidance increase. Atebrioz had also begun its U.S. launch.

Mirum reiterated plans to submit a new drug application for volixibat for primary sclerosing cholangitis in the first half of 2027. Management cited regulatory uncertainty and declined to provide updates on individual meetings.
