Cricut Approves $0.70 Special Dividend, Expects 2026 Revenue Growth
The board also approved a recurring $0.10 semiannual dividend; both payments are scheduled for Jan. 21, 2027, for shareholders of record Jan. 7.

The board of Cricut, Inc. approved a $0.70-per-share special dividend payable Jan. 21, 2027, as the company expects 2026 revenue growth for the first time since 2021.
The board approved the special dividend on Oct. 30 and also set a recurring semiannual dividend of $0.10 per share. Cricut’s business combines machines, software, accessories and materials in a connected platform.
Revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 was $188.6 million, up 11% from a year earlier. Products revenue rose 17% to $102.7 million, while Platform revenue increased nearly 4% to $85.9 million.
Chief Financial Officer Kimball Shill said during Cricut’s Nov. 3 earnings call, “We also expect to post full-year revenue growth as a company for the first time since 2021.” Cricut did not provide a projected growth rate or detailed annual guidance.
For the fourth quarter, Cricut expects Platform revenue and paid subscribers to rise from both the prior quarter and a year earlier, while Products revenue is expected to increase from Q3. Shill said, “Looking to Q4, we remain cautious about the consumer.” The quarter is historically Cricut’s most promotional period.
Both dividends are scheduled for Jan. 21, 2027. Shareholders of record Jan. 7 qualify for the payments.
