Revolut has completed a share sale that values the U.K. financial technology company at $115 billion, a 53% rise from its November 2025 valuation of $75 billion.

The transaction was led by Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners, T. Rowe Price Associates and Baillie Gifford. Existing and new investors participated, and employees had an opportunity to sell shares.

Revolut’s latest valuation is more than twice the $45 billion level recorded in 2024. The comparisons put the company’s value above both earlier benchmarks: the increase from November 2025 is 53%, while the 2024 comparison is more than a doubling.

Those are company valuation figures, not disclosed proceeds from the share sale. Revolut did not provide the transaction’s total value or the number of shares sold, so the size of the share transfer is unspecified.

The completion confirms the sale took place, while the $115 billion valuation is its main disclosed measure. Employees’ opportunity to sell shares was part of the transaction, alongside participation by existing and new investors.
