Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share, keeping the payout in line with the previous quarter and setting Nov. 25 as the payment date.

Shareholders of record Nov. 13 are eligible for the payment. That date is also the ex-dividend date.
