DeepSeek-Linked Fund Completes 7.52 Billion Yuan Raise With Capital Paid In

天津砺思星深股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙） completed fundraising at 7.52 billion yuan, with all capital paid in, after its stated size rose from 2.64 billion yuan to 6.02 billion yuan amid company disclosures and registry updates. Leishi Capital, which participated in DeepSeek’s previous financing, secured an allocation in the latest round through the fund.

On Oct. 21, 汤臣倍健 disclosed that fundraising had finished and all capital was paid in. 完美世界 and 特宝生物 later confirmed the fund’s 7.52 billion yuan size.

知乎 announced Sept. 6 that a wholly owned subsidiary planned to subscribe for 1.5 billion yuan. In that announcement, 知乎 described 星深基金 as using a blind-pool structure.

The partnership has 41 members: 天津砺思明棠 as executive partner and 40 limited partners. Commitments from 13 listed companies and their affiliated investment entities totaled 3.495 billion yuan, about 46.48% of the fund’s size.
