Uber Technologies' third-quarter adjusted earnings per share missed analyst estimates, while revenue beat forecasts and its fourth-quarter EPS outlook fell short in results released Nov. 4.

Analysts expected adjusted EPS between $0.86 and $0.91 and revenue between $14.67 billion and $14.74 billion. Uber's adjusted EPS landed below that range, while revenue topped it. The company's fourth-quarter EPS forecast also trailed analyst expectations.

Gross bookings on Uber's platform totaled $58 billion in Q2 2026, up 24% year over year. Adjusted EBITDA was $2.8 billion, 33% above its year-earlier level. Inflation and fuel price increases have pressured Uber's ride-hailing and delivery businesses.

Uber has a year-end 2026 goal for commercial autonomous-vehicle operations in 15 cities.
