Reynolds Consumer Products posted third-quarter net revenue of $944 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30, up from $931 million a year earlier, as net income fell to $58 million from $79 million.

Diluted earnings per share under generally accepted accounting principles were $0.28, compared with $0.38 in the year-earlier quarter. Adjusted net income, a non-GAAP measure, was $83 million, down from $88 million. Adjusted earnings per share declined to $0.39 from $0.42.

Adjusted EBITDA fell to $163 million from $168 million. Retail volumes were down 7% year over year. The company attributed the EBITDA decline primarily to lower volumes and higher selling, general and administrative costs.

Reynolds also cited significant commodity inflation during the quarter and said it was taking pricing and productivity actions. The company makes household products for cooking, serving, cleanup and storage, including Reynolds and Hefty brands.

For 2026, Reynolds maintained its outlook for net revenue growth of 1% to 3% and adjusted EBITDA of $660 million to $675 million. It kept its adjusted EPS forecast at $1.57 to $1.63 and projected adjusted net income of $332 million to $345 million.

“We delivered a solid third quarter in a volatile operating environment,” President and CEO Scott Huckins said.
