Stella-Jones Inc.’s board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per common share Nov. 3. The payment is scheduled for Dec. 18 to shareholders of record at the close of business Dec. 1.

Its products include treated wood utility poles for electrical infrastructure and railway ties for rail transportation across North America. Its common shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under ticker SJ.
