SoundHound AI announced Nov. 4 an expanded commercial partnership with Ultraviolette Automotive to power its VIOLETTE A.I. motorcycle co-pilot, which Ultraviolette demonstrated at EICMA in Milan.

Riders activate the assistant by saying “Violette” and interact through an audio-integrated helmet headset. Listed functions include adjusting traction control and the anti-lock braking system (ABS), checking diagnostics, consulting the owner’s manual, using navigation, playing media and making hands-free calls.

At EICMA, which runs Nov. 3-8 at Fiera Milano Rho, Ultraviolette showed pre-ride checks, ride statistics and service alerts. SoundHound AI CEO and co-founder Keyvan Mohajer said the expansion would let the company deploy its voice AI “at true production scale.”

The announcement did not identify which motorcycle models will receive the system, provide a consumer availability date or disclose financial terms. Integration with SoundHound’s OASYS agentic AI platform is on Ultraviolette’s roadmap, but no timeline was announced.
