Advantage Solutions swung to a $25.098 million third-quarter loss as revenue slipped 0.1% to $913.739 million, while its restructuring plan carries projected savings and additional costs.

For the quarter ended Sept. 30, the company recorded a net loss of $25.098 million, or $1.96 per basic and diluted share. In the year-earlier period, Advantage earned $20.565 million, or $1.51 per diluted share, on $915.012 million in revenue.

Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, fell 14.2% to $85.377 million from $99.554 million a year earlier. The decline was steeper than the change in total revenue.

Results varied across Advantage’s three business segments. Branded Services revenue dropped 20% to $231.152 million. Experiential Services, the largest segment by revenue, grew 14.3% to $431.619 million, while Retailer Services rose 1% to $250.968 million.

Chief Executive Dave Peacock said revenue had grown for a fourth consecutive quarter when excluding divestitures, driven by Experiential and Retailer Services. “We are reaffirming our full-year guidance,” Peacock said.

Advantage expects its restructuring actions to produce about $25 million in near-term annualized net savings after investment. The company also plans more than $5 million in additional annualized net savings over time.

A post-quarter realignment is expected to add $7 million to $10 million in costs before completion in early 2027.
