USANA Health Sciences, Inc. updated its fiscal 2026 outlook to consolidated net sales approaching $900 million and adjusted EBITDA of about $77 million.

The outlook reflects softer expectations for Rise Wellness and marketing investment in Hiya. USANA lowered its Rise outlook again, while its current Hiya sales outlook stands at $130 million. Stronger profitability in Core Nutritional partly offsets those pressures.

Hiya’s active monthly subscribers grew 18% sequentially. USANA’s active customer count declined 8% year over year, while Greater China accounted for most of the sequential declines in sales and customers. Management has identified customer growth as its top priority.
