LivaNova PLC raised its full-year 2026 revenue growth and adjusted diluted earnings forecasts after third-quarter revenue rose 10% on a constant-currency basis to $393.1 million.

The company’s revised constant-currency revenue growth target is 9%-10%, up from its previous 8%-9% range. Its adjusted diluted earnings per share (EPS) forecast is now $4.40-$4.50, compared with $4.30-$4.40. Both ends of the EPS range increased by 10 cents.

LivaNova maintained its 2026 adjusted free cash flow forecast at $140 million-$160 million. Its adjusted EPS estimate assumes about 56 million shares for the year.

For the three months ended Sept. 30, revenue increased 9.9% from a year earlier on a reported basis and 10% on a constant-currency basis. Cardiopulmonary revenue rose 10.9% to $225.3 million, while Neuromodulation revenue gained 11.1% to $166.1 million.

Diluted EPS under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles was 11 cents, compared with 49 cents a year earlier. Adjusted diluted EPS was $1.23, up from $1.11.

LivaNova said its new dedicated oxygenator line had begun operational production, a step toward expanding capacity. Chief Executive Officer Vladimir Makatsaria said the updated guidance reflected confidence across the portfolio.

Constant-currency revenue growth and adjusted diluted EPS are non-GAAP measures. LivaNova said it could not reconcile its forward-looking non-GAAP figures with comparable GAAP measures without unreasonable effort.
