GXO Expects to Start 2027 With Over $850 Million in Incremental Revenue From New Wins
The company reaffirmed its 2026 adjusted diluted EPS range of $2.95 to $3.15 after third-quarter organic revenue growth of 6.4%.

GXO Logistics, Inc. expects new business wins to contribute more than $850 million in incremental revenue as 2027 begins. The company also maintained its full-year 2026 adjusted diluted earnings per share (EPS) outlook at $2.95 to $3.15.
GXO kept its 2026 targets for organic revenue growth at 4% to 5%, adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) at $945 million to $965 million, and free cash flow conversion at 30% to 40%.
The company has secured more than $1 billion in incremental revenue for 2026. The additional revenue expected from new wins as 2027 starts is a separate figure for the following year.
Organic growth was 6.4% in the third quarter, and adjusted EPS increased 13% from a year earlier. Management expects organic growth slightly above 5% in the fourth quarter, based on flat volumes. Variability in peak-season volumes remains a risk to that outlook.
Year-over-year margin in the third quarter faced pressure from new-contract startup costs and the timing of investments. Management characterized those effects as largely one-time or specific to the period, and cited sequential margin improvement.
Procurement savings, Wincanton synergies and productivity tools are among the factors management identified as supporting future margin progression. GXO’s fourth-quarter growth expectation remains tied to the flat-volume assumption.
