Ternium S.A. expects the Pesquería slab mill to start production in February and projects fourth-quarter EBITDA broadly in line with $785 million, pairing an operations timeline with its earnings outlook.

Ternium’s earlier forecast put fourth-quarter 2026 adjusted EBITDA near its third-quarter level.

CEO Maximo Vedoya called the third quarter solid. “EBITDA increased driven by higher shipments at a stronger margin,” Vedoya said.
