UroGen Pharma Ltd. (Nasdaq: URGN) expects to be profitable and cash-flow positive in Q4 2026, while ZUSDURI net product revenue climbed 35% sequentially to $68 million in the third quarter.
Repeat prescribers represented 50% of ZUSDURI writers. UroGen has not issued full-year revenue guidance for the product.
The company lowered its full-year JELMYTO revenue outlook to about $90 million from a previous range of $97 million to $101 million. UroGen cited clinical-trial competition as a headwind for patient starts. Third-quarter revenue was also affected by a one-time $1.5 million discarded-drug adjustment from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
