Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. set a 2026 sales outlook of $630 million to $640 million while lowering adjusted EBITDA guidance, as project revenue shifted into 2027.

Adjusted EBITDA guidance stands at $48 million to $52 million. About $20 million in data center and critical power revenue moved out of the second half of 2026 and into 2027. The company expects fourth-quarter margins to be modestly below third-quarter levels.

Chief Executive Officer Jagadeesh Reddy described third-quarter results as “in line with our expectations.” He cited strong demand and accelerating project volumes in the data center and critical power market.

Mayville expects margins to improve over the course of 2027, alongside new equipment coming online and lower outsourcing and premium labor costs. Its Thomson, Georgia, facility is targeted to reach $50 million in annual capacity by 2028.
