SandRidge Energy, Inc. recorded a 36.7% year-over-year increase in third-quarter oil, natural gas and NGL revenue to $54.42 million, while adjusted earnings per share reached $0.64.

The company’s adjusted net income per share is a non-GAAP measure calculated using its own methodology.
