ZoomInfo Raises 2026 Revenue Outlook After Q3 Sales Fall 3%
Third-quarter revenue was $308.8 million. Adjusted net income per diluted share came to $0.29.

ZoomInfo raised its 2026 revenue forecast after third-quarter revenue fell 3% year over year, pairing weaker quarterly sales with a higher full-year target.
Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $308.8 million, down from $318 million a year earlier. Adjusted net income per diluted share was $0.29, compared with $0.28 in the same quarter last year. On a GAAP basis, net income per diluted share was $0.01, down from $0.12.
Adjusted operating income rose 1% to $119.1 million. Its margin was 39%, up from 37% a year earlier. GAAP operating income was $23.6 million, a 65% year-over-year decline.
The company lifted its full-year 2026 revenue forecast to a range of $1.2235 billion to $1.2265 billion, from its previous range of $1.207 billion to $1.217 billion. For the fourth quarter, it projected revenue of $294 million to $297 million.
Cash flow from operating activities was $47.4 million, down 49% year over year. Unlevered free cash flow totaled $87.2 million, an 8% decline. Those figures add to a quarter in which adjusted operating income increased even as revenue and cash flow measures fell.
ZoomInfo reported an 88% net revenue retention rate. It had 1,851 customers with at least $100,000 in annual contract value; that customer group’s count fell 2% year over year, while its total annual contract value grew 4%.
“Our largest customers continue to invest and grow with us,” ZoomInfo Founder and CEO Henry Schuck said. The company’s adjusted measures are non-GAAP figures, which it presents as supplemental to its GAAP results.
