ATN International recorded GAAP diluted earnings of $1.09 per share for the three months ended Sept. 30, 2026, compared with $0.18 in the year-earlier quarter. Revenue totaled $183.237 million, up $72,000 from $183.165 million a year earlier.

Net income attributable to ATN stockholders reached $18.641 million, compared with $4.343 million in the same period last year. Operating income rose 32% to $12.941 million from $9.830 million. ATN attributed the higher EPS mainly to increased operating income, lower interest expense and a larger tax benefit.

Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, was $49.973 million for the quarter, nearly level with $49.937 million a year earlier.

For full-year 2026, ATN expects adjusted EBITDA to come in at the high end of or modestly above its previous $183 million to $193 million range. The company has not provided a replacement dollar range. It maintained its capital expenditure outlook at $105 million to $115 million, net of reimbursable expenditures.

The revenue comparison reflects ATN’s sale of about 214 tower sites in the southwestern United States. The initial closing was completed June 2 for $267.7 million. ATN may receive up to another $29.6 million in later closings expected by June 2027, subject to conditions. Growth in International Telecom offset the sale’s impact on revenue; communications services revenue would have increased 1% without the transaction.

ATN’s subsidiaries serve rural and remote markets with communications and digital infrastructure services across the U.S., the Caribbean and other international markets.
