Bruker management’s fiscal 2026 outlook calls for non-GAAP earnings of $2.10 to $2.15 per share and operating margin expansion of 250 to 300 basis points as the company forecasts modest organic growth.

The forecast includes reported revenue of $3.52 billion to $3.56 billion and organic revenue growth of 1% to 2%.

Management expects fourth-quarter margin improvement, citing cost savings, favorable mix, earlier orders from China’s academic and government markets, and some delayed semiconductor orders.

Bruker Scientific Instruments has recorded a book-to-bill ratio above one for five consecutive quarters. Booking strength has come from China, U.S. academic and government markets, and semiconductor metrology.

Most semiconductor orders are expected to convert in fiscal 2027, with some in fiscal 2028. Instrument revenue remains affected by shipment timing.
