Paycom raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to $2.213 billion to $2.218 billion, a $5 million range, and forecast a 48.5% adjusted EBITDA margin at the midpoint.
The company announced the higher outlook Nov. 4. The adjusted figure excludes interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, then incorporates specified adjustments.
