8x8 Raises FY2027 Service Revenue Outlook to $732 Million-$752 Million
The company also lifted its total revenue, non-GAAP diluted EPS and operating cash flow forecasts after second-quarter results exceeded its forecast.

8x8 raised its fiscal 2027 service revenue outlook to $732 million to $752 million after second-quarter revenue, operating cash flow and non-GAAP operating margin exceeded its forecast. The fiscal year ends March 31, 2027.
The new service revenue range is up from the company’s previous forecast of $725 million to $745 million. 8x8 also raised its full-year total revenue outlook to $750 million to $770 million, from $745 million to $765 million.
The company now expects non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of $0.36 to $0.40, compared with its prior range of $0.33 to $0.38. The estimate is based on about 150 million fully diluted weighted-average shares. Operating cash flow guidance increased to $49 million to $54 million, from $45 million to $52 million.
For the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, revenue was $192 million, up 4% from a year earlier. Service revenue rose 5% to $187.8 million, and operating cash flow was $13.1 million.
“We delivered our sixth consecutive quarter of year-over-year revenue growth, and our second quarter outperformance led us to raise our full-year outlook for revenue, profitability and operating cash flow,” CEO Samuel Wilson said.
CFO Kevin Kraus said the revised forecast reflects stronger second-quarter results and expectations for a changing revenue mix later in fiscal 2027.
