Finward Bancorp (FNWD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, keeping the payout at its previous quarter’s level. Payment is scheduled for Dec. 2.

Shareholders of record Nov. 18 qualify for the distribution. The shares also go ex-dividend that day.

The dividend has a forward yield of 1.07%.
