Sight Sciences raised its 2026 revenue outlook to $92 million to $93 million, framing expectations for growth across its IG and IDE businesses. Management expects the company to reach cash flow breakeven without additional equity.

The outlook includes $80 million to $81 million in IG revenue and about $12 million in IDE revenue. The company raised its IDE revenue guidance and kept its adjusted operating expense guidance unchanged.

The guidance follows the company’s third-quarter results, which included $24.9 million in revenue, up 25.1% from a year earlier, and $2.4 million in cash use. Sight Sciences had $77.4 million in cash and cash equivalents as of Sept. 30, 2026, while quarterly cash use was down 74% from a year earlier.

Sight Sciences reported 222 ordering accounts and about 4,600 SmartLids. The FDA expanded TearCare’s label. Management said growth also depends partly on payer coverage and fee schedules, and that it cannot predict when those factors may change.

OMNI Ultra launched commercially in the United States. The company also cited Aetna coverage adding about 25 million covered lives and said the launch could support growth.
