Add as a preferred source on GoogleManulife Board Declares C$0.360938 Dividend on Series 15 Shares
The dividend is payable on or after Dec. 19 to shareholders of record at the close of business Nov. 20.
Manulife Financial Corporation’s board announced a C$0.360938 quarterly dividend for Series 15 preferred shares Wednesday, Nov. 4, payable on or after Dec. 19 to holders of record Nov. 20.
The shares are non-cumulative Class 1 preferred shares with a rate-reset structure. They trade under ticker MFC.PR.L.
The Series 15 dividend matches the per-share amounts announced in May and August. Shareholders must be on record at the close of business Nov. 20 to qualify for the payment.
