Sezzle Raises 2026 Adjusted Net Income Per Diluted Share Outlook to $5.45-$5.50
The preliminary 2027 target is $7.20 per diluted share. Third-quarter revenue rose 42.6% year over year to $166.5 million.

Sezzle raised its 2026 adjusted net income per diluted share forecast to $5.45-$5.50 and set a preliminary $7.20 target for 2027 as third-quarter revenue grew 42.6% year over year.
The company’s fiscal 2026 outlook now calls for about 42.5% revenue growth and $190 million in adjusted net income. Executive Chairman and CEO Charlie Youakim said, “We are raising FY2026 guidance for the fourth time.” The adjusted per-share figure is a non-GAAP measure.
Sezzle’s preliminary 2027 outlook is $7.20 in adjusted net income per diluted share, a projected increase of 30.9% to 32.1% over its 2026 guidance. The 2027 estimate is preliminary, and the company did not break out how much SezzleCash or Sezzle Send contributes to it.
Both outlooks account for income-tax effects tied to corporate strategic project costs and other income and expense. The prior 2026 guidance did not reflect those tax effects and is not directly comparable. In August, Sezzle’s outlook called for 35% revenue growth, $185 million in adjusted net income and $5.25 in adjusted net income per diluted share.
Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $166.5 million. Total Transaction Volume (TTV) climbed 34.9% to $1.4 billion. TTV includes purchases, SezzleCash advances and Sezzle Send payments; earlier periods were recast under the expanded measure.
Net income totaled $47.8 million, or $1.38 per diluted share. Adjusted net income was $47.7 million, or $1.37 per diluted share. Active subscribers reached 955,000, up 68.1% from a year earlier.
On a Nov. 4 earnings call, CFO Lee Brading described Pay-in-5 as “around 70%” of Sezzle’s core buy now, pay later product. He did not identify what the percentage measures, so it does not specify a share by transaction count, dollar volume or another basis. Pay-in-5 rolled out earlier in 2026; SezzleCash launched in June, and Sezzle Send expanded beyond beta in October.
