Fastly Raises 2026 Revenue and Free Cash Flow Forecasts After Q3 Growth
Third-quarter revenue reached $190.193 million. Fastly set its 2026 revenue range at $744 million to $748 million and its free cash flow range at $50 million to $60 million.

Fastly raised its 2026 revenue and free cash flow forecasts Nov. 4 after third-quarter revenue rose 20% year over year to $190.193 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30.
Revenue compared with $158.223 million in the same quarter of 2025. The growth rate eased from 23% in the second-quarter results, when revenue totaled $183.3 million.
Fastly’s new full-year revenue range is $744 million to $748 million, replacing its August forecast of $732 million to $746 million. The low end rose by $12 million and the high end by $2 million. The midpoint of the updated range implies 20% year-over-year growth. The company expects fourth-quarter revenue of $198 million to $202 million.
The 2026 free cash flow outlook is now $50 million to $60 million, up from the prior range of $40 million to $50 million. Third-quarter free cash flow was $25.172 million, compared with $18.091 million a year earlier.
Fastly classifies free cash flow as a non-GAAP measure. It calculates the figure by subtracting specified capital spending from net cash provided by operating activities. Those costs include purchases of property and equipment, finance lease principal payments and capitalized internal-use software costs. Fastly says the measure is not designed to show cash available for discretionary spending.
The company also forecast 2026 non-GAAP operating income of $107 million to $111 million and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of $0.61 to $0.63. These are forward-looking estimates provided Nov. 4.
“Delivering record revenue and free cash flow demonstrates our value proposition as we help customers achieve critical business outcomes and build for AI scale,” Fastly CEO Kip Compton said.
