electroCore Sees 30% to 40% 2027 Revenue Growth, Positive Adjusted EBITDA by End of 2027
The company cut its 2026 revenue outlook to $39 million to $42 million as delayed commercial rollout timing shifted revenue acceleration expected in 2026 into 2027.

electroCore, Inc. expects revenue growth of 30% to 40% in 2027 and its first quarter of positive adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) by the end of 2027, as delayed commercial rollout timing shifts expected 2026 revenue acceleration into the following year.
The company lowered its 2026 revenue outlook to $39 million to $42 million. It attributed the change to delayed commercial rollout timing and said revenue acceleration it had expected in 2026 is moving into 2027. electroCore expects to reach positive adjusted EBITDA without a new dilutive equity financing.
Founder and Independent Chairman Thomas Errico described the third quarter as a record for the company, with its highest net sales and smallest operating loss in its history.
The company has filed a 510(k) application with the Food and Drug Administration seeking clearance for its Quell device to treat chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy. Potential revenue from that use is upside to electroCore’s preliminary 2027 growth plan. The timing of the FDA review is uncertain.
