3Jane, Settle Agree to Up to $100 Million Forward-Flow Deal
The arrangement starts at $50 million, with an option to increase to $100 million. 3Jane has already purchased $18 million in existing loans from Settle’s warehouse facility.

3Jane and Settle have agreed to a forward-flow financing arrangement of up to $100 million, allowing 3Jane to purchase eligible loans after origination as Settle provides working capital to U.S. consumer packaged goods brands.
The agreement starts at $50 million, with an option to increase the amount to $100 million. It calls for 3Jane to keep buying eligible new loans after they are originated.
3Jane has already purchased $18 million in existing loans from Settle’s $240 million warehouse facility. USD3 has funded about $30 million of Settle’s existing loans.
3Jane, an unsecured credit lending protocol, said the planned purchases are intended to support continued expansion and development of an on-chain asset-backed securities market.
