Palo Alto Networks is in talks to buy Clutch Security for about $500 million, a potential deal involving an Israel-based artificial intelligence security startup. The discussions are ongoing and may not lead to an agreement.
The potential purchase would follow Palo Alto Networks’ acquisition of CyberArk, which it completed Feb. 11 in a transaction valued at about $25 billion in equity. That deal added capabilities intended to protect the identities of people, machines and AI agents.
