Revenue was $2.45 million below estimates. Net asset value per share was $12.86 at quarter-end, down from $13.37 on June 30, 2026.
The earnings update follows Ares Capital's Oct. 27 agreement to acquire MidCap Financial Investment, a cash-and-stock transaction valued at about $2.6 billion in total enterprise value.
