Prestige Consumer Healthcare lowered its fiscal 2027 revenue and adjusted earnings forecasts after Pillar5 production variability was expected to reduce Clear Eyes availability and revenue during the second half of fiscal 2027.

The Nov. 5 revision puts revenue at $1.280 billion to $1.290 billion, down from $1.290 billion to $1.315 billion. Adjusted diluted earnings per share (EPS) is now forecast at $4.48 to $4.55, compared with $4.55 to $4.65. The company also moved its organic revenue growth outlook from 1% to 3% to roughly flat and lowered its adjusted free cash flow target to at least $265 million from at least $270 million.

CEO Ron Lombardi cited “recent variability in Clear Eyes® production at Pillar5, which is expected to reduce product availability and revenue in the second half.”

For the fiscal second quarter ended Sept. 30, revenue rose 22.7% year over year to $336.307 million, from $274.114 million. The Breathe Right and LaCorium acquisitions contributed $65.083 million; they closed in June and July, respectively. Excluding acquisition revenue and foreign currency effects, revenue declined 1.6%.

Adjusted diluted EPS was $1.13, up from $1.07 a year earlier. GAAP diluted EPS fell to $0.53 from $0.86.
