Expedia Declares $0.48 Quarterly Dividend, Matching Earlier 2026 Payments

Expedia Group declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.48 per share, payable Dec. 10 to eligible stockholders.

The company’s Executive Committee declared the dividend on Nov. 4 on behalf of the board. Stockholders must be of record at the close of business Nov. 18 to qualify.

The $0.48 payment matches Expedia’s three earlier quarterly dividends in 2026. The company made four quarterly payments of $0.40 per share in 2025.
