Agility Robotics Begins Nasdaq Trading After $465 Million Funding
Agility describes itself as the first U.S.-listed pure-play humanoid robotics company with active commercial deployments.

Agility Robotics began trading on Nasdaq under AGLT on Nov. 5 after completing its business combination with Churchill Capital Corp XI, adding a publicly traded humanoid-robotics company to U.S. markets.
The company’s warrants trade as AGLTW. Agility raised about $465 million in gross capital before expenses through the business combination and related financings. The June deal set a $2.5 billion pre-money equity value, a transaction valuation established before public trading began.
Agility described itself as the first U.S. publicly listed pure-play humanoid robotics company with active commercial deployments. The company said Digit 5 has more than $300 million in committed multi-year orders, subject to contractual milestones and product features and specifications.
“Today marks an important milestone for Agility, but the bigger story is what it means for the future of work,” CEO Peggy Johnson said.
Agility said its robots have logged more than 65,000 hours of real-world operation. Early customer access to Digit 5 is expected in the first half of 2027, with general availability targeted by year-end.
