Cytek Biosciences narrowed its 2026 revenue outlook and postponed a planned business-unit rollout until 2027, keeping its forecast midpoint at $209.5 million as third-quarter revenue rose 2% year over year.

The company now expects full-year revenue of $208 million to $211 million for the year ending Dec. 31. Its previous forecast was $207 million to $212 million. The revised range trims $1 million from each end while preserving the same midpoint. The outlook assumes current foreign currency exchange rates do not change.

Revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 was $53.229 million, compared with $52.293 million for the same period in 2025. Cytek described the year-over-year increase as 2%.

Cytek plans to begin its new business-unit structure at the start of 2027. It had previously targeted completing the rollout in the third quarter of 2026. CEO Wenbin Jiang said on the Nov. 4 earnings call that the company judged the near-term risk of shifting its organization midyear to be “too significant.”

The planned structure divides Cytek’s operations into Research Technology, Solutions and Clinical, and Service. Research Technology will cover high-end research instruments, while Solutions and Clinical will cover lower- and mid-range instruments and reagents. Service will handle maintenance and repair. The plan is designed to align sales, marketing and research and development resources with distinct customer needs.
