Palantir Technologies Inc. (PLTR) shares fell nearly 8% in Tuesday premarket trading after its third-quarter report, despite 96% revenue growth and a higher full-year forecast.

Television host Jim Cramer questioned selling in Palantir, Apple and Marvell in a post on Monday, Nov. 2. “The negativity when it comes to Marvell, Apple, Palantir is pretty thick… No matter what they say, it isn’t enough…” Cramer wrote.

Palantir reported $2.31 billion in third-quarter revenue, up 96% from a year earlier. Adjusted earnings were 44 cents per share, above analysts’ 41-cent estimate. The company raised its full-year revenue forecast to about $8.53 billion.

U.S. commercial contract value reached $1.46 billion, up 11% year over year, compared with 153% growth in the previous quarter. Palantir had been included in the week’s earnings preview.

Marvell shares fell more than 12% Monday after the company announced plans to acquire Lumentum in an all-stock deal valued at $115 billion, including debt. Lumentum shareholders are to receive 4.5 Marvell shares for each share they hold, giving them about 33% of the combined company. The deal requires shareholder and regulatory approvals, with completion expected in the first half of 2028. Marvell CEO Matt Murphy said the companies plan to combine chip design with optical technology.

Apple’s fiscal fourth-quarter results included $114.48 billion in revenue and earnings of $2.10 a share. Services sales set a quarterly record, while iPhone sales set a September-quarter record. Apple forecast a December-quarter gross margin of 45% to 46%, down from 47.9%, as memory costs rose. It also projected December-quarter revenue growth of 7% to 10% from a year earlier.
