Myriad Genetics Raises 2026 Revenue Outlook Midpoint to $785 Million
The company set a range of $780 million to $790 million as higher revenue per test partly offsets expected Prenatal Health softness.

Myriad Genetics raised the midpoint of its 2026 revenue outlook to $785 million, setting a range of $780 million to $790 million as higher revenue per test partly offsets expected Prenatal Health softness.
Myriad management attributed reimbursement pressure to increased zero-pay outcomes and denials, rather than lower contract rates or changes in medical policy. The company identified process improvements, AI-enabled workflows and payer-specific market access efforts as ways to address the pressure.
The outlook update follows Myriad’s agreement to sell its Prenatal Health testing business to Labcorp. For the period after the planned sale, management expects revenue growth to improve by more than 1 percentage point and gross margin by more than 5 percentage points. Myriad also expects meaningful progress in bottom-line profitability in 2027.
