Lincoln National Corporation expects about $3 billion in net outflows from its Retirement Plan Services (RPS) business in the fourth quarter, with one large plan termination driving most of the total.

The company also indicated it has capacity for more share repurchases in Q4 after buying back $50 million in Q3.

Lincoln expects RPS flows to remain uneven in 2027 and the business’s earnings to continue growing.
