Chesapeake Utilities Corporation declared a quarterly dividend of $0.735 per share on Nov. 5, with payment scheduled for Jan. 5 to shareholders of record on Dec. 15.

The dividend is unchanged from the previous quarter. The ex-dividend date is also Dec. 15.
