Eligible patients need a prescription after an independent clinical evaluation; purchases are cash-pay at Lilly’s self-pay price.
LifeMD, Inc. announced Nov. 5 a mail-order option for Eli Lilly and Company’s Zepbound and Foundayo, giving eligible patients a way to receive the medicines directly.
Patients qualify only if a LifeMD-affiliated health care provider prescribes a medicine after an independent clinical evaluation. The medicines are dispensed through a LifeMD-affiliated, licensed mail-order pharmacy.
Purchases are cash-pay at Lilly’s self-pay price. Zepbound contains tirzepatide and is an injectable treatment; Foundayo contains orforglipron and is a pill.
