TC Energy Declares C$0.8775 Quarterly Dividend for Jan. 29 Payment

TC Energy’s board declared a C$0.8775 quarterly dividend for the period ending Dec. 31, 2026, with payment set for Jan. 29, 2027, to shareholders of record at year-end.

The payment will go to shareholders on record at the close of business Dec. 31. The dividend’s annualized rate is C$3.51 per share.

The amount matches TC Energy’s dividend for the previous quarter, which was scheduled for payment Oct. 30, 2026. TC Energy shares are listed as TRP in Toronto and on the New York Stock Exchange. The next payment is scheduled for Jan. 29, 2027.
