Anthropic’s amended IPO filing details approximately $895 billion in infrastructure commitments, laying out expected costs for the AI company’s computing needs over a period that runs largely through 2045.

About $447.5 billion is expected to be incurred before Dec. 31, 2030. Substantially all of the remainder is expected between 2031 and 2045. Approximately $69.8 billion is expected within the next 12 months.

The total covers purchase commitments and lease agreements, primarily focused on compute and infrastructure. The aggregate is spread across multiple years, rather than scheduled for a single payment.

An earlier draft outlined at least $518 billion in commitments across six partners over about a decade. The two figures cover different periods and are not directly comparable.
