Haemonetics Raises Fiscal 2027 Organic Revenue Growth Outlook to 6% to 9%
Second-quarter organic revenue rose 10% in the period ended Sept. 26, 2026. CSL expects its U.S. center rollout to finish by the end of 2027.

Haemonetics lifted its fiscal 2027 organic revenue growth outlook Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026, after second-quarter organic revenue rose 10%, while reducing its expected adjusted operating margin expansion for the year.
The new forecast sets organic revenue growth at 6% to 9%, up from 4% to 7%. The reported revenue growth range now stands at 8% to 11%, versus the prior 5% to 8%. Haemonetics projects high-single-digit organic growth in Apheresis and mid-single-digit growth in MedSurg. Its fiscal year ends April 3, 2027.
Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 26, 2026, totaled $357.8 million, a 9.3% increase from a year earlier. Organic revenue increased 13.6% in Apheresis and 5.5% in MedSurg. Haemonetics’ organic growth measure removes currency fluctuations and the effect of exiting certain liquid solution products.
The revenue outlook increase came with a narrower margin forecast. Haemonetics now expects adjusted operating margin expansion of 0 to 50 basis points, down from its previous 50-to-100-basis-point range. It projects adjusted earnings per diluted share to grow at a pace comparable to reported revenue growth, with free cash flow conversion above 80%.
The comparison underlying the organic revenue outlook also includes nominal historical Vivasure revenue from before its acquisition. This affects the comparison period used for the growth forecast.
CSL expects the NexSys PCS devices, which use Persona PLUS technology, to reach its U.S. plasma collection centers by the end of calendar 2027. Haemonetics said CSL currently expects the transition to include all its existing U.S. centers. The rollout could change in scope or timing, with implementation details still unresolved. The expected completion date is part of the CSL rollout timeline.
Haemonetics entered a non-exclusive supply agreement with CSL on Aug. 14, 2026. It covers CSL’s use of the devices and purchases of related U.S. disposable supplies, with no minimum purchase commitments.
Haemonetics CEO Chris Simon said the CSL expansion and recent product milestones in Apheresis and MedSurg “strengthen our competitive position and create powerful new opportunities.”
