Kelly Services Sees Fourth-Quarter 2026 EBITDA Margin at 3.8% to 4.0%
The staffing company expects revenue to be flat to up 1% as growth in Education takes longer to return.

Kelly Services Inc. expects its adjusted EBITDA margin to reach 3.8% to 4.0% in fiscal fourth-quarter 2026, while forecasting revenue from flat to 1% higher year over year.
The company projects margin expansion of 180 to 200 basis points from a year earlier. An extra fiscal week is expected to add about 3 percentage points to revenue growth while weighing on adjusted EBITDA.
The outlook reflects a slower return to growth in Education and near-term demand pressure from one Enterprise Talent Management customer.
Third-quarter revenue fell 0.8% from a year earlier to $927.2 million. Adjusted EBITDA was $21.3 million, equal to a 2.3% margin, up 50 basis points from the prior-year quarter. Education demand continued to decline, primarily because of lower student enrollment in key markets.
