LCI Expects Up to $4 Billion in 2026 Adjusted Revenue, $150M in Synergies
Its 2026 outlook also calls for 285,000 to 295,000 wholesale RV shipments and adjusted earnings per share of $8.25 to $8.50.

LCI Industries expects adjusted revenue of $3.9 billion to $4 billion in 2026 and about $150 million in net run-rate cost synergies from its Patrick merger within three years after closing. Its outlook also includes forecasts for recreational vehicle (RV) industry shipments and adjusted earnings per share.
The company projects 285,000 to 295,000 wholesale shipments across the RV industry in 2026. It forecasts adjusted earnings per share of $8.25 to $8.50. Management cited weaker RV demand and a one-to-two-quarter lag in passing commodity price changes through as risks to the outlook.
In the third quarter of 2026, revenue declined 4% from a year earlier as sales to RV original equipment manufacturers fell 17%. Adjusted earnings per share increased to $2.21 from $1.97, and operating profit margin widened 100 basis points to 8.3%.
The expected synergies are net run-rate cost savings.
