The company expects leverage of about 2.5x at year-end and operating cash flow conversion of at least 60%. The leverage target covers year-end 2026, while the revenue and EBITDA growth projections span through 2030.
Management also expects adjusted EBITDA margins to reach the high teens to low 20% range within three to five years. A compound annual growth rate, or CAGR, describes an average yearly growth pace over a period with compounding included.
Onterris described its acquisition pipeline as robust and said planned acquisitions would be mostly small bolt-ons. It highlighted opportunities in industrial wastewater, municipal drinking water treatment and emissions management. Recent acquisitions represented approximately $14 million of investment.
